Nominations for the 2023 Public Health Champion Award Is now open!Individual AwardPublic Health Champion Individuals Nomination Form Description of Award: The Vermont Public Health Association is proud to announce the 5th annual Vermont Public Health Champion Award series. This honor recognizes an individual who has made extraordinary contributions to public health within the state of Vermont. This award was created to acknowledge and appreciate the critical role that individual Vermonters play in protecting and promoting the best health for all Vermonters. Nominees may be professional/non-professional, community leaders or representatives, or volunteers for example: educators, health professionals (e.g., doctors, nurses), administrators, journalists, lawyers, public health professionals, human services personnel, or community organizers.
