Gun violence is a leading cause of premature death in the U.S. Guns kill more than 39,000 people and cause nearly 85,000 injuries each year. The webinar explores gun violence in the U.S and a comprehensive public health approach to addressing the complexity of the growing crisis. We will review the historical, structural, social, and political determinants of health that contribute to gun violence.
